HOW TO GET STARTED: Choose to either download the app or visit the website to begin registration.

If this is your first time signing in, you’ll need to contact Robert Stevens at stevens.robert@unionps.org to receive your login credentials and access your student’s account.

HOW TO PREPARE: As part of this process, you’ll review and update important information, including emergency contacts and residency details.

  • If You’ve Moved: Be prepared to upload two forms of Proof of Residency dated within the last 30 days.

  • Emergency Contacts: You'll have the opportunity to update contact details and set the call priority order. Please ensure all phone numbers are current and accurate.

ONCE YOU ARE IN CAMPUS PARENT: Once logged into your account, scroll to the bottom and click on “Shortcuts.” From there, select “25-26 Student Annual Update.”

KEY DETAILS: To help streamline the process, here are a few key details that will guide you through the system.

  • You must be connected to Wi-Fi for the system to function properly, even when using the app.

  • Be sure to use the "Next" button to navigate through each dropdown and complete all required sections.

  • Don’t forget to sign the box at the end—this is required to finalize your student’s registration.

NEW TO UNION: If you’re new to the Union family, please contact the Enrollment Center at 918.357.6150 to get started.
